There are thousands of Muslim prisoners many of whom accepted Islam in the Prison and are eager to advance their knowledge of Islam. They have the time, will and determination to study Islam but many are not able to afford authentic Islamic literature. To facilitate their strong desire to learn the Deen we have been giving them 25% discount but many are still unable to make purchases as they earn around 45 cents a days.
With your donation, you can help us to help them increase their knowledge of Quran and authentic sunnah and solidify their Iman on the truth of Islam. You can even donate your Zakat to this fund and make it Sadaqatun Jariya (continuous charity) for yourself as only three things will continue to benefit you after death from which is spreading knowledge which is benefited from.
Dar-us-Salam has initiated a program of providing Islamic books including Quran & Hadith worth $500 to Prison libraries based on the choice of the inmates through their Chaplain. You can join us by sponsoring one or more libraries for yourself, your living/deceased parents or beloved ones as Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity).
Note: We are not a non-profit organization.
Dear Dar-us-Salam Publications Team,
I hope this email finds you well. On behalf of the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville, Pennsylvania, I extend our deepest gratitude for your recent donation of books for our religious library. Your generosity will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the lives of the individuals within our facility, particularly our Muslim community members.
Your donation not only enriches our religious library but also serves as a beacon of hope and positivity within the correctional environment. The books you provided offer invaluable resources for spiritual growth, personal reflection, and educational opportunities. They play a crucial role in supporting the religious and cultural needs of our Muslim population, fostering a sense of connection to their faith and community during their time of incarceration.
It's important to emphasize the profound impact that your donation has on the individuals in our care. Access to religious literature and resources not only facilitates their spiritual development but also promotes personal transformation, rehabilitation, and reintegration into society upon their release. Your contribution truly embodies the spirit of compassion and empathy, demonstrating a commitment to supporting those who are striving for positive change in their lives.
Once again, we express our sincerest appreciation for your kindness and generosity. Your donation will continue to inspire and empower individuals within our facility for years to come. We are immensely grateful for your partnership in our mission to provide holistic support and resources to all members of our community.
