Subtitle معجم المرادفات المفترضة في اللغة العربية
Author Abu Hilal al- Askari
Binding Hardback
Pages 552

This engaging thesaurus has been adapted from Al-Furuq fi al-Lughah by Abu Hilal al-Askari and elaborates lexis and its appropriate usage exemplified from the Qur'an, Hadith and Islamic Jurisprudence. It would offer a great assistance in language pedagogy and research especially in Arabic sciences. It is a valuable contribution in the field of translation and lexical references.

  • explains and illustrates lexis form and its authentic usage

This reference work will prove to be a handbook for students of Islamic Sciences interested in translating Islamic heritage to English language.
