This is an amazing tafseer of the Quran which is laid out like a modern commentary rather than a classical tafseer. The language and approach is very comprehensive. Tafheem ul-Quran has a wider appeal to the public because it is the ONLY tafseer I've come across so far that doesn't require previous knowledge on the topic. It is a contemporary presentation of the classical understanding, and I would especially recommend it to non-Muslims or Muslims who are relatively new to the field of Tafseer. Highly Highly recommended.

All surahs have clear and concise introductions and themes that emanate from the Book of Allah to whom belongs all praise. This will benefit any student of scholar of the religion.
